Does fedex photocopy2/18/2024 This is by far the worst FedEx office experience I have had. She had no smile on her face, nor did she offer me any other supplies which I also wanted. I have been in that store multiple times, and she asked this way consistently. ![]() This is not the first time she has behave this way to customers. I had more work to do, and I also wanted to submit the project to be bound and had other printing jobs to do but I wanted to get out of there so fast with her rudeness that I just ended up leaving and going somewhere else. I asked her for a breakdown of the charges because the price seemed high and she told me “you will get a receipt bro”. Then when it came time to charge me, it felt like she was trying to nickel and dime me however, I do understand this may be part of her job, but the rudeness paired with trying to find every fee was offputting. The email came in and she argued with me on what type of file it was. When I gave her my file and emailed it to her, she told me it would take five minutes for the email to come in and continued stocking the pens. Her attitude also presented as if she did not want to help anybody. Her attitude from the beginning was very demeaning and rude. She did not hand me a business card she had me walk all the way to the other side of the counter to pick up the business card myself and find the email address. Finally, FedEx Office has a partnership with RushMyPassport to offer an expedited passport renewal service. On top of that, FedEx can photocopy documents you may need for your application, like a social security card or birth certificate. Then she told me I can email my files to the email address listed on the business card as she pointed to the business card that was right in front of her she did not pick up a business card. For example, FedEx can print out a passport application form (DS-11) or a passport renewal form (DS-82). I told her that’s fine and I would pay the extra fee to have full service. Then she proceeded to tell me that she would charge me for the full service I’m asking for and there is an inconvenience fee. I told her I already tried and I’m looking for full service. I tried using self service printing but my file was not being emailed correctly, so as I walked up to the counter to ask for full service assistance she told me that I could use the computers or the self service station, while her back was face towards me. She did not open the door for us when she was right there and just unlocked it. Once Barbara came to the door and unlocked it. Another customer and myself waited outside for the store to open. This was not worth the $38 I paid or the time I spent in the store.Barbara was extremely rude from the first interaction. I opened the document on my computer and it was not in landscape mode. By that time, I had been there for 1 1/2 hrs and was frustrated so I left. She insisted that it was in landscape mode and would look correct on my computer. I opened the email and realized it was in portrait mode but the document was in landscape mode. She corrected the email and I received it. It turned out she had left out one number. I wrote it very carefully in block letters and numbers and she tried to send it again, after waiting on more customers. After 15 minutes more, she asked me to write down my email address. Then she scanned them and told me she sent them to me by email, even though she didn’t ask me for my email address.
